- Conduct in-depth analysis of customers, examining daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify notable trends and behaviors.
- Monitor bets in real-time and collaborate closely with the trading team for swift decision-making.
- Resolve customer inquiries and limits-related issues via email and Zendesk support.
- Escalate outstanding cases and significant trends to senior team members for further action.
- Monitor hourly performance metrics, promptly identifying top performers while upholding quality standards.
- Create comprehensive customer profiles by utilizing both internal and external tools, considering multiple aspects of customer behavior and activity.
- Provide crucial support to sports traders, supplying real-time insights to enhance their decision-making processes in the dynamic betting and trading landscape.
What You'll Bring
