As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist Russian-speaking customers via chat, email, and calls, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction while maintaining records and suggesting improvements.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Russian-speaking) to join our partner's Customer Support team!
Your Role:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Russian through chats & emails and calls.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
- Fluent in both Russian and English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night. Ability to work 5 days a week (including weekends).
