Our efficient, committed Supply Chain team builds partnerships to get the right product to the right place at the right time. Logistics? Ready to pivot.

In this highly visible role, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the Supply Chain team by overseeing fulfilment operations for assigned distribution region focusing on material risks to service, revenue, and customer experience.

Reports to: Sr. Manager, 3PL Operations

Direct Reports: None

Location: Hybrid at our Preston, WA office 3+ days a week

*While we strive to offer flexibility, this role also requires it. There may be times when you're expected to come onsite outside your typical in-office days to support special projects, team events, or other business needs.

Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $29.00

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Manage order fulfilment and distribution for assigned region/customer portfolio, ensuring orders are clean, executable, and aligned to planned ship windows

  • Identify and act on fulfillment risks for near-term shipments (1–3 days), prioritizing based on service impact, volume, and customer importance

  • Execute exception-based order management, intervening only when orders fall outside defined thresholds (e.g., inventory constraints, appointment delays, system blocks)

  • Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution with Planning, Transportation, DCs, and Sales teams to address root causes and restore service

  • Support allocation and prioritization decisions during constrained supply scenarios, following established business rules

  • Leverage ERP, TMS, and WMS visibility to monitor order status, inventory, and execution—using data to drive decisions

  • Identify and escalate data or process issues impacting order readiness (e.g., pricing, lead time, master data) to appropriate owners

  • Provide proactive updates on at-risk orders and key issues, reducing reliance on ad hoc status inquiries

  • Support month-end execution by monitoring order throughput and identifying risks to shipment targets

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

We create connections with every sip. And we’ve found a lot of value in in-person connections! As a young, fast-growing company, we’re still creating and refining the systems that will fuel our future growth. Onsite presence is beyond collaboration, and here is why onsite presence matters:

  • Enhances customer responsiveness – Being onsite ensures faster turnaround for customer-impacting issues, from quality checks to urgent order adjustments.

  • Reinforces culture and shared accountability – Working side-by-side fosters trust, shared ownership, and a stronger connection to our mission.

  • Enables richer, faster feedback loops – Real-time observation and discussion with Rain Makers across departments help us spot gaps, adapt processes, and improve outcomes immediately

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred, equivalent experience accepted.

  • 1+ years of fulfilment operations experience, ideally in manufacturing.

  • Power-user with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

We hold ourselves accountable and recognize room for growth while openly accepting feedback. We embrace change to deliver progressive results.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
