Renewals Manager
LogicManager is looking for an analytic, customer-centric Renewal Manager to help manage our fast-growing customer base. This role is responsible for overseeing all assigned contract renewals and small upgrades and would work directly with customers and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate execution. Once successful, this role has a lot of options for career advancement internally, such as Advisory, Customer Advocacy, or the Finance Team.

What you'll be doing on our team
- Establish and maintain effective, timely, cooperative working relationships with customers
- Enlist the efforts of various internal stakeholders when necessary to accelerate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction
- Working with the Advisory Team, Customer Advocacy, and Finance to solve any contract-related customer challenges
- Communicate and follow up effectively with Finance and Advisory on customer accounts
- Working with customers on pricing and license structure changes
- Help customers understand the value of moving from annual to multi-year agreements
- Own renewal and churn rate data analysis
- Create, update and innovate new processes, playbooks and supporting materials
- Lead discussions around forecasting and pipeline status with internal team members
About you and what type of skills you'll need
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 years of experience, some of which must be customer-facing (which could be retail or hospitality!)
- Organized self-starter and problem solver
- Clear and articulate communication skills with the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision while being a member of the team
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions
- Salesforce experience and Excel proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with contracts, terms of service and legal issues is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sense of urgency to help resolve customer questions
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
