The role of the Associate Manager - Transactions and Partnerships is to ensure Indigo can execute on its strategic plan through expanding Indigo’s portfolio of alliances that deliver complementary technology solutions. Responsibilities include organizing the Technology Partnership teams’ product and deal pipeline, interfacing with prospective and existing partners and internal stakeholders, and supporting the team to assure that deliverables are met. The Associate Manager - Transactions and Partnerships, will partner with Product Management, R&D, Project Management and Legal teams to achieve the best outcomes for Indigo and our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop process to manage and track all active dealswithin first three months in role
- Become expert and admin in Salesforce/Apttus Software within first six months in role developing Salesforce reports to enable efficiency and allow visibility to process and enable tracking
- Effectively track all ongoing negotiations and future prospective dealsbalancing multiple agreements in multiple stages and making process improvements
- Manage due diligence checklists for all deals with support of the team including management of documents, continual organization, and execution of all team NDA’s
- Manage ongoing relationships and other partner projects to ensure Indigo complies with contractual obligations (reporting, royalty/licensing payments, etc.) and projects stay on track
- Advocate for in-licensed technologies and products in the Indigo Stage Gate process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years relevant work experience required
- Experienced in a contract management system such as Salesforce and Apttus
- Experienced in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
- Ideal background in sales administration, legal, business management, and/or transaction management
- Background in science, program management, process/system design a plus
