Provide day-to-day customer support via chat and email, review and manage the design queue, troubleshoot issues, maintain client communication, and collaborate with colleagues. Work remotely during specified PST/MST hours; familiarity with solar design or construction is preferred.

Participate in day to day Customer Success support initiatives
