Customer Success Specialist

We’re seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about aviation technology and committed to delivering exceptional customer experience. This person will serve as a trusted partner to our users—supporting them through onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of our platform.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Specialist at Tuvoli, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed with our products. You’ll:
Guide new charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementation

  • Deliver engaging product training to drive adoption and satisfaction

  • Provide responsive, thoughtful support to users via Zendesk (email, chat, phone)

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively when needed

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their success

  • Participate in product testing and feedback loops to improve the user experience

  • Share on-call duties with the team

  • Communicate clearly and patiently across a wide range of user backgrounds and technical levels

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-focused improvements

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s customer-obsessed, resourceful, and eager to be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—empathetic, clear, and approachable

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Technical aptitude and comfort with learning new platforms

  • Experience using Zendesk or other customer service platforms (a plus)

  • Experience with payment or banking (a plus)

  • Background/ interest in aviation or travel is highly desirable
