About Strivacity

Strivacity helps organizations deliver secure, seamless customer experiences through our modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. We're on a mission to eliminate the tradeoff between security and user experience — and we're doing it with a platform that’s easy to deploy, scale, and operate. As a fast-growing startup, we thrive on solving complex problems with simplicity, and we’re passionate about helping our customers succeed. If you're driven by innovation, love collaborating with smart, motivated people, and want to make a real impact — Strivacity is the place for you.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Solutions Architect at Strivacity, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor and hands-on expert for our enterprise clients. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring clients are set up for long-term success by aligning technical solutions with their business goals. This role is equal parts architect, consultant, and problem solver — helping guide the implementation and adoption of Strivacity’s CIAM platform in complex environments.

You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Customer Success Engineers, Product, Engineering, and DevOps to deliver high-impact solutions, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure seamless customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with deployment partners, Customer Success Managers, and Strivacity clients to understand the clients goals and translate them into technical solutions using Strivacity’s platform.
  • Lead technical onboarding, solution design, and deployment activities for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to guide API integrations, identity provider configurations, and custom workflows.
  • Act as the go-to technical resource post-sale, ensuring clients are architected for success and scalability.
  • Identify and proactively address technical risks, blockers, and optimization opportunities throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Help develop technical best practices, playbooks, and documentation to scale success across accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant, ideally in SaaS or identity/security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CIAM concepts and technologies (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT, identity federation, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, SSO integrations, and federated identity solutions.
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, and system integrations in cloud-native environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Comfortable leading technical discussions with stakeholders ranging from developers to executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of working with enterprise customers in a consultative, solutions-oriented capacity.
  • Experience in post-sales technical engagement, including onboarding, deployment, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React, Java, Python) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern web technologies is a plus.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
