We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to help customers achieve their goals by providing proactive support and guidance. This is a remote position.
Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products or services.
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are achieving success.
- Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and product utilization.
- Provide feedback to product and service teams based on customer insights.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or support.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
