Customer Success Representative

Customer Success at ZeroTurnaround ensures that the users of our tools have an amazing experience from initial product research all the way throughout their subscription. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the first resource for our clients, responsible for answering process questions, providing product advice, and building customer relationships. This role works closely with our energetic sales and support teams, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Customer Success. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive customer support through email, scheduled phone calls, and web demonstrations
  • Run customer on-boarding sessions with the assistance of our engineering team -
  • Work closely with our customers to improve awareness and usage of our tools within new and existing accounts
  • Collect feedback from our users regarding their experiences with our tools and our process 
  • Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate parties 
  • Keep detailed notes on all customer communications

Requirements:

  • BA / BS and 1-3 years experience in a customer facing/customer support role 
  • Extremely detailed oriented with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Positive attitude, able to deal with stressful situations with an even temper and pleasant demeanor 
  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions closely
  • Comfortable with new technology 
  • Ability to prioritize work deliverables effectively and multi-task 
  • Self starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of a global team across multiple time zones 
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, such as MS Office and email 
  • Eager to learn about new processes, industries, and practices 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and reliable work ethic

Nice to have, not required:

  • Previous experience in the technology space 
  • Experience with CRM software, namely Salesforce 
  • Any experience any computer language, such as HTML, CSS, Java, etc.
