Opportunity Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Manager of Customer Success with a hunter mentality and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the aviation sector. This role bridges the gap between sales and support—delivering high-touch engagement while identifying expansion opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone with aviation industry experience, a passion for client advocacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation industry

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including MROs, OEMs, airlines, and distributors

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a full sales cycle

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure client satisfaction

  • Conduct regular account reviews, uncover expansion opportunities, and drive renewals

  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing trends and actionable feedback

  • Stay current on industry trends and evolving market needs

  • Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of PartsBase platform

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven sales or customer success experience, preferably in B2B environments

  • 2–3 years of experience in the aviation industry (MRO, OEM, distribution, etc.)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • A hunter’s drive to win new business and a nurturer’s heart to grow lasting partnerships

  • Highly organized and proactive with strong project management abilities

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to visit key clients, attend events, or support business development
