At Stibo Systems, people are the key to our success. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in the US and help us deliver exceptional value to our enterprise customers

The Role and Your Main Tasks
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic partner to our customers, guiding them through their journey with Stibo Systems. Your goal is to ensure customers achieve their business objectives using our platform, while driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and uncover opportunities for account growth. This role does not involve active selling or direct support tasks — instead, it’s about being a trusted advisor.

More specifically, you will:
    •    Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
    •    Understand each customer’s business goals and tailor success strategies accordingly.
    •    Drive product adoption and help customers achieve measurable value from our solutions.
    •    Monitor and manage customer health metrics, usage, and engagement.
    •    Identify opportunities for expansion or service engagement and coordinate with Sales or Professional Services.
    •    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution (without directly providing support).
    •    Advocate internally on behalf of your customers by providing actionable feedback to Product, Delivery, and Support teams.
    •    Contribute to transforming customers into brand advocates and reference accounts.

The Team
The Customer Success team consists of 11 passionate people. The team is a truly global group of professionals who stay closely connected across regions. We meet regularly to share best practices, align on customer strategies, and support each other in driving success.

Who we are looking for:
You are customer-obsessed and love working in a cross-functional, international environment. You take pride in building strong, trust-based relationships and guiding clients toward meaningful business outcomes.

Additionally, you have:
    •    3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role (ideally in a SaaS/product-based company).
    •    A consultative mindset and the ability to balance strategic guidance with day-to-day customer needs.
    •    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    •    Strong project management and prioritization abilities across a book of business.
    •    Curiosity and analytical thinking — you’re driven to find out “why” and help others do the same.

We Offer
At Stibo System, we offer more than just a job. We put people first and inspire you to become the best version of yourself.
    •    We care about our colleague’s work-life balance, and we offer flexibility through a hybrid work model. We offer “MindFUL” and MindFuel” days, which are global days off, learning days, volunteer days, and much more
    •    International: A growing global company, with worldwide career opportunities, multicultural teams, and access to learning platforms like Udemy
    •    Well-being: A caring and inspiring environment, promoting a happy and healthy lifestyle through a wide range of facilities and activities
    •    We create our Software products and have a proven record of adding significant business value for our customers.

Join Stibo Systems, where we embrace 'All Kinds of Data Minds.'

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
