At LinkSquares, our AI-powered, end-to-end contract management and analytics platform takes the manual, time-consuming, tedious tasks out of the contracting process. With LinkSquares, legal, finance, HR, and procurement teams save time, cut costs, and improve business outcomes. We are a 200+ person company headquartered in downtown Boston.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define and deliver how LinkSquares shows up in the market. This is a core, end-to-end product marketing role that spans across positioning, product launches, enablement, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to turn product capabilities into clear, differentiated stories that drive adoption and growth.

This role is a blend of high level strategy as well as hands-on execution. You’ll help shape the narrative, and you’ll make sure it lands.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product and solution positioning, translating product strategy into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with buyers
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and feature releases, from narrative to rollout
  • Develop product marketing launch assets including messaging frameworks, value propositions, sales collateral, and website content
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with the context, tools, and competitive insight they need to win and retain customers
  • Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap conversations, understand customer needs, and represent the voice of the market
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence, including battlecards, win loss insights, and differentiated talk tracks
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and Brand to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, channels, and lifecycle stages
  • Use customer insights, usage data, and market feedback to continuously refine positioning and GTM strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience owning product positioning, launches, and cross-functional GTM initiatives
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex products including AI driven capabilities into clear, customer-focused value
  • Hands-on experience positioning AI or data powered features, with a solid understanding of how AI drives real business outcomes (not just features)
  • Ability to partner closely with Product and Engineering to understand AI capabilities, limitations, and roadmap implications and turn that into credible market messaging
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, especially as products and AI capabilities evolve
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • A pragmatic, get-things-done mindset. You take ownership, follow through, and care deeply about impact on business

At LinkSquares, product marketing is a strategic function with real influence on how the business grows. You’ll have the opportunity to shape messaging, guide product launches, and help define the future of our platform as we continue to scale.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
