Supercal is a new Boston-based startup from Paul English's Boston Venture Studios -- created to revolutionize how people book and conduct business meetings.
Supercal is looking to hire our first customer success manager (CSM)! This role is full-time and is located in Boston MA US. (We work remotely from our homes but meet in person at least once a week in Seaport.)
Attributes
- Strong project management - SaaS experience preferred
- Bright/fast, can learn new tech rapidly
- Excellent communicator, fast, concise
- Extremely personable / charismatic, extrovert
- Super flexible - ability to shift priorities rapidly and wear multiple hats across different business functions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with target users (Paul will do intros) and conduct 20-30 minute Zoom onboarding calls to walk them through Supercal setup and personalization
- Maintain a prioritized bug list and feature requests based on actual problems encountered by VIPs
- Cross-functional project support: Work seamlessly across other BVS portfolio companies on various initiatives as needed
- Marketing support: Assist with campaign development, content creation, user research, and go-to-market strategies for Supercal
