Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with significant experience in the Life Sciences or Materials Science sector and a strong background in the technical deployment of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will be committed to collaborating with customers to achieve success through “win-win” negotiations and will serve as a trusted business and technical advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring the 'Voice of the Customer' into decision-making processes.
  • Act as a trusted business technical advisor and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer value.
  • Partner with Product, Services, and other Customer Success Managers to enrich the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Consult with customers on best practices and the use of Revvity Signals products.
  • Provide roadmap updates and targeted product feature presentations to customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a software environment, preferably SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing software consulting, professional services, or presales capacity.
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-priority and time-sensitive issues.
  • 3+ years of experience in life sciences or industrial chemical markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability and confidence to interact with technical and scientific personnel at various levels.
  • Strong collaboration skills, effective communication, and the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
