In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to some of our largest and most strategic B2B enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve measurable ROI and long-term success with Conversica.

You’ll partner with executives, lead strategic conversations, and manage renewals and expansions that drive growth for both our customers and Conversica. This is a highly visible role where you’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strengthen lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow executive-level relationships across enterprise accounts.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and strategic business reviews that show clear ROI.
  • Own renewals and expansions, including negotiation and commercial transactions.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities using customer health insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap.
  • Contribute to playbooks and best practices for enterprise customer management.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar post-sales roles in SaaS.
  • Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and track record with renewals and expansions.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and Google Workspace; SaaS adoption expertise a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $100,000 – $120,000, plus eligibility for a 20% variable pay (target total compensation $120,000 – $144,000).

At Conversica, we believe in supporting our team both at work and in life. We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and equity grants through our company stock program. Employees enjoy generous paid time off and company holidays, and as a remote-first company, we provide a flexible work environment that supports productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
