As Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating projects for our government clients from initiation through to successful completion. What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with government clients to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Manage project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans as necessary.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and government policies.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • An active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in project management tools, and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and motivate team members towards project success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data to make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
