We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Success Coordinator to support our customers throughout their relationship with the company. This position works closely with customers, Customer Success Managers, Sales, Support, and other internal teams to ensure customers receive timely assistance, have a positive experience, and achieve value from our products or services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success Managers and customers with day-to-day account needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine customer questions and requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, implementation, and account setup.
  • Schedule customer meetings, training sessions, check-ins, and follow-up calls.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, reports, and follow-up communications.
  • Track customer requests, tasks, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM and customer success systems.
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding tasks or potential issues.
  • Coordinate with Support, Sales, Product, Operations, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Escalate complex or urgent customer issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm that issues and requests have been resolved.
  • Assist with customer renewals, account updates, and retention activities.
  • Help prepare customer reports, usage summaries, account reviews, and presentations.
  • Track customer engagement, satisfaction, and important account milestones.
  • Assist with customer surveys and collect feedback.
  • Document customer feedback and communicate trends or recurring concerns to internal teams.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain organized customer documentation and records.
  • Support customer success projects, campaigns, and special initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and customer success duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer success, account coordination, sales support, or administration preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to learn CRM and customer success software.
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success Coordinator, Customer Success Associate, Account Coordinator, or similar position.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Experience with customer support or ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, technology, professional services, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience with customer onboarding and account management.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and retention practices.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills may be a plus.

Work Environment

The Customer Success Coordinator may work in an office, hybrid, or remote environment depending on company requirements.
