We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through every phase of the customer lifecycle to ensure they achieve their business goals with our products and services. From onboarding and implementation to long-term engagement and retention, you’ll deliver strategic support and insight that drives satisfaction and success. This role is ideal for a flexible and detail-oriented team player who’s passionate about delivering value, advocating for customer needs, and building strong relationships across internal teams.
Job Description
Job Specific Duties
- Acts as the customer's trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using the organization's products and services throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle.
- Implements strategies and marketing practices that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensures that onboarding processes are precisely executed to set customers up for success.
- Utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful results.
- Coordinates with team to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers.
- Delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges.
- Analyzes data sets to ensure a smooth user experience and accurate product implementation.
- Works closely with internal team and partners to advocate for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of customers.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Entry level role requiring 0-2 years of experience
Knowledge Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrates flexibility with team contributions to ensure the success of the overall program.
