- Provide accurate, valid, and timely information by using the appropriate methods/tools.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
- Issue Resolution:
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and satisfaction has been achieved.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and troubleshooting steps in the company’s CRM or service database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
