We are seeking a professional, patient, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
The successful candidate will respond to customer questions, resolve issues, provide product or service information, document interactions, and ensure customers receive a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, telephone, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Investigate customer issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
- Process customer requests, orders, account updates, and service inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required.
- Assist customers with account or system-related questions.
- Handle complaints professionally and maintain a calm demeanor.
- Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to management.
- Follow company procedures for refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and service requests when applicable.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Meet established response-time and service-quality expectations.
- Participate in training and team meetings.
- Perform other customer-support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable using computers and customer-management systems.
