Job Description

📞 Handling inbound written customer inquiries for the leading European telecom provider and making outbound calls for further clarification or sales opportunity 
💼 Focusing on selling additional services and products
💬 Providing quick and friendly responses to customer concerns
🔍 Analytical problem-solving and prioritization skills

Qualifications

🌟 Excellent German language skills (C1) - both written and spoken
🎯 A passion for helping customers and contributing to team success
🧠 Analytical thinking and self-motivation
📞 BPO/Call Center experience is an advantage
