The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while enabling successful adoption of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process
- Educate clients on product features and best practices
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure client success
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
