The Opportunity

PTC is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Specialist to work with the Arena marketing team to help deliver a great customer experience and build brand advocates. This position will report to Arena’s Senior Customer Marketing Manager and will work to drive overall customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty. Working at PTC is fast-paced and exciting. We’re creating new solutions, while enhancing our existing ones.

The ideal candidate will utilize both marketing and project management skills, with the ability to take projects from idea to reality with support. You create marketing programs that drive retention and lead to expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the creation, development, and execution of high-impact marketing programs going out to our customers

• Utilize the full range of marketing tactics and tools to improve and increase customer retention

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, partners, and other marketing team members to ensure great marketing materials are produced

• Track, measure, and report campaign performance against key metrics. Adapting and changing where needed to hit goals

• Communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence to ensure stakeholder alignment and enablement

• Self-starter, effective in project management, and capable of working cross-functionally across Arena’s marketing, customer success, sales, and product teams

The day to day…

• Oversee Arena’s online customer community. Includes daily validation of customers wanting to join, developing new campaigns to promote engagement and being proactive about customer interactions

• Help build and maintain an advocacy program to maximize customer involvement in initiatives that drive engagement, sales and marketing references, and loyalty

• Supporting the customer reference development process to create pipeline for case studies, events, and more

• Project manage and promote virtual customer events hosted within our community

• Build and Schedule Customer Communication Emails for different campaigns

Skills & requirements

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in Customer Marketing or Advocacy within a B2B organization, preferably working for a SaaS company

• Organized and detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude

• Self-motivated with energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay focused

• Passion for understanding customers, their problems, and experiences

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Highly organized, responsive, and accountable

• Ability to build relationships with other teams
