Customer Experience Representative

Base Hourly Comp - $22/hr-$25/hr

Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Specialist provide potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.

  • Collaborating with the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.

  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.

  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.

  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.

  • Intermediate experience with MS Office.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.

  • Great organizational and time management abilities.

  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Terms of Employment:

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5 P.M. A one (1) hour lunch break is mandatory, and must be taken each day, unless otherwise agreed upon with management.

Job Classification:

Position is non-exempt, employee is permitted to work overtime ONLY with prior authorization from management. Overtime includes clocking in early, clocking out late, or working through the scheduled unpaid lunch break. Employees who work overtime without prior authorization will be subject to disciplinary procedures.
