Job Description

Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and account-related requests.

  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Support daily administrative and account management tasks as needed.
