Job Summary  
PatientPoint is seeking a Custom Content Editor to join our Custom Message Solutions team. Reporting to the Custom Content Director and collaborating closely with the Custom Content Designers, this role is responsible for writing and reviewing copy as well as supporting workload management. Our team focuses on our digital screens that support the goals of our hospital and physician office clients. We are looking for a Customer Content Editor who will thrive in our fast-paced, forward-thinking, diverse and dedicated creative team. 

What You’ll Do  

  • Manage the intake, processing, and coordination of custom message projects 
  • Write clear, concise, engaging copy for digital signage platforms 
  • Transform complex information into clear, compelling short form copy that resonates with patients and empowers office staff 
  • Adapt and refine client-provided assets and information, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging standards 
  • Edit and review copy of all custom jobs to maintain quality, clarity, and consistency 
  • Develop a strong understanding of client-specific messaging needs and identify opportunities to leverage existing content 
  • Learn and navigate PatientPoint’s content library and recognize when existing materials can be applied or repurposed  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our core content teams to create and craft content across medical specialties 

What We Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or a related field with 1-3 years of experience 
  • Experience with writing copy for digital signage platforms 
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail 
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Comfortable using and exploring AI tools  
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet necessary deadlines 
  • Self-motivated, independent worker capable of executing project guidelines without continuous oversight 
  • Have high-level of comfort working with remote teammates and using technology to bridge communication gaps. 

What You'll Need to Succeed  

  • Ability to write accurate, easy-to-understand information for patients and healthcare staff 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at one time and quickly adapt to changing priorities  
  • Quick and clear communication skills to keep in touch with teams in various locations
