The Global Custody Commercial Product Management function is global, with regionally aligned teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The successful candidate will join the Americas Global Custody Product Management Team, responsible for end-to-end ownership of product strategy, segment P&L management, business delivery, and governance of the Custody business. The Americas Team is based in New York.

Job responsibilities:
- Ownership of commercials and profitability for existing and prospective clients through pricing and cost analysis.
- Supporting segment-level governance for monitoring client satisfaction, approving client change, and reviewing operational risk events.
- Working with Sales to conduct strategic engagement roadmaps and wallet-sizing for client segments.
- Partnering with Product Development to drive required investment funding and working to define and close perceived or actual product gaps.
- Overseeing delivery of key business transformation projects as needed, focused on increasing profitability and controls.
- Supporting key franchise client discussions regarding current and target state Custody capabilities.
- Driving product innovation to influence long-term product direction and future strategy.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Excellent data skills, with experience handling large, complex datasets.
- Strong commercial sense, with an understanding of P&L drivers for the firm and for the Securities Services business.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients.
- Strong desire to take accountability for strategic deliverables and ability to act as an effective team player in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results.
- Experience of legal and commercial negotiations, a plus.
- Experience in the Securities Services business, a plus.
