The role involves processing insurance claims, conducting calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting call center standards while upholding company policies.
Processes and input new first notice of loss insurance claims and inquiry calls.
Responsibilities- Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.
- Conducts emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with client.
- Processes emergency or catastrophe event FNOL.
- Achieves and maintains proficiency with all client instructions.
- Meets or exceeds call center standards.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal team members and external customers.
- Assists with special projects or performs other duties as requested.
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.
- High school diploma is required.
- 1-2 years of face to face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience.
- Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone.
- Strong computer and keyboard skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
- Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic.
