Job responsibilities
- Gather data and create reports daily, weekly and monthly to contribute to business operations
- Research and provide recommendations on performance error investigations, root cause, and resolution
- Utilize artificial intelligence and automation technologies to optimize transaction processes and improve efficiency
- Contribute to team projects aimed at innovating transaction management processes and enhancing customer experience
- Manage document processes, including review, indexing, inventory, destruction, and other documentation tasks
- Assist in training and guiding team members on transaction processing and customer service best practices
- Collaborate with internal business partners across LOB's to leverage technological activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in transaction management, with a focus on processing, clearing, servicing, and settling transactions related to Currencies and Emerging Markets products
- Familiarity with MIS and KPI reporting
- Demonstrated ability to utilize artificial intelligence and automation technologies to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and requests, with a focus on enhancing customer experience
- Proven ability to contribute to team projects, with a focus on innovation and strategic thinking
- Experience in training and guiding team members, with a focus on transaction processing and customer service best practices
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and oral) as the role interacts with local and global stakeholders and documentations
- Taiwan Senior Securities Specialist License/Financial Markets and Professional Ethic/ Proficiency Test for Bank Internal Control and Audit
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience using Alteryx, RPA (UiPath) or Tableau expertise is a plus
- Good working attitude and communication skill
- Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Team player, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress
