About Us

Cracken is an applied AI lab building world’s first full kill chain proactive cyber platform. Built by cyber warfare-experienced operators and AI researchers Cracken keeps digital infrastructure resilient so businesses and societies operate.

Whom We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to own and build the full revenue function at Cracken - from early stage to repeatable, scalable growth. This is a founding GTM role. You will define how we go to market, who we sell to, and how we close.

The ideal candidate has sold complex security products to enterprise security buyers, built teams from scratch, and knows how to operate in a Seed-Series A environment where everything is still being figured out.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full revenue function: GTM, sales, pipeline, and revenue targets

  • Define and execute the go-to-market motion for enterprise and mid-market security buyers

  • Build and lead the sales and marketing team

  • Work directly with the CEO to shape positioning, pricing, and ICP

  • Own relationships with key accounts, partners, and channel opportunities

  • Provide market and buyer feedback that directly influences product roadmap

Must-Have Experience
  • 7+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a senior revenue leadership role (VP Sales, CRO, or equivalent)

  • Direct experience in the cybersecurity industry

  • Proven track record selling to enterprise security buyers (CISOs, security team leads)

  • Familiarity with the CISO buying cycle and enterprise security procurement

  • Experience building a sales function from early stage - process, playbook, team

  • Strong individual contributor instinct: you close deals yourself before delegating

  • Ability to operate with high ambiguity and limited resources

Nice to Have
  • Experience selling AI-powered or agentic security products

  • Background in early-stage startups or VC-backed companies

  • Experience working with founder-led GTM motions

Why Cracken?
  • Real-world impact
Our technology is validated in high-stakes, real-world environments and grounded in hands-on internal research.

  • Team with a mission
Ukrainian-heavy international team of PhDs, professors, and senior industry engineers, driven by intrinsic motivation and real-world adversity.

  • Adaptive roles
We shape roles around exceptional talent - your ownership and drive will define your path.

  • Perfect timing
Operating at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems, Cracken is uniquely positioned to build resilient security products.

What We Offer
  • Ownership over a core cybersecurity product

  • Direct collaboration with founders and senior engineers

  • High autonomy and real impact on product direction

  • Fully remote & flexible work setup

  • Competitive compensation

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
