You will make an impact:

The CRO Channel Development Manager will play a key role in accelerating growth within eClinical Solutions’ CRO channel. This individual will partner closely with the Director of the CRO Channel to advance active opportunities, strengthen strategic relationships, and support the successful adoption and expansion of our elluminate® Clinical Data Cloud among CRO partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially savvy, and capable of bridging strategic storytelling with detailed execution — driving both near-term deal velocity and long-term customer value.

Your day to day:

  • Partner with the CRO Channel Director to advance active sales opportunities through coordinated follow-ups, tailored stakeholder engagement, and value-focused communication
  • Develop compelling ROI models, business cases, and value proposition materials that clearly articulate the benefits of the elluminate platform to multiple personas and stakeholders
  • Support and coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to CRO prospects, tailoring messaging to align with client priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing and solution teams to build and maintain case studies, success stories, and other collateral to support CRO-focused business development
  • Once CROs become customers, collaborate with / coordinate account management activities to ensure successful onboarding, enablement, and advocacy for elluminate within their pharma client base
  • Identify and execute strategies to help CRO partners position and “re-sell” the elluminate platform to their sponsor clients, driving mutual business growth
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data and activity tracking in CRM systems to support forecasting and performance reporting
  • Act as an internal advocate for CRO partner needs, collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or account management within life sciences, CRO, or clinical technology sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the role of technology in clinical data management and analytics
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience building ROI or value models
  • Self-starter with exceptional organization and follow-through; able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
