This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. This role will be part of the Lifecycle & Customer Experience team, focused on planning and executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns via email and push.  This role will (i) Own development of CRM programs including strategy, development, and execution of integrated cross-channel campaigns to increase customer engagement, conversion and retention, (ii) Work cross-functionally across Marketing and IT teams build fully integrated demand generation programs while ensuring best practices are implemented and customer journeys and digital user experiences are optimized, (iii) Oversee segmentation, subject line planning, send times, email creative reviews, promotional accuracy, and standard reporting. 

This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing with 5+ years of experience in email and push notification deployment and management and 1+ years hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own development of CRM Lifecycle programs including strategy and development of integrated cross-channel campaigns to improve primary KPIs: Deliverability, Open and Click Rates, Click Conversion, and LTV

  • Work cross-functionally across Marketing teams to build fully integrated digital marketing programs while ensuring digital best practices are implemented and customer journeys and digital user experiences are optimized.  Update programs as needed for planned and unplanned business changes and promotional updates; efficiently and effectively modify email plans accordingly to enhance overall channel performance and meet shifting needs of the business

  • Oversee audience activation of data driven marketing. This role has direct responsibility to build, test, schedule, deploy, and report on standard KPIs for email, push and SMS programs to support the full customer journey

  • Lead integration of CRM programming across digital and non-digital channels to deliver the optimal end user experience

  • Enable data driven marketing at Chamberlain Group through campaign design, tactical execution, and measurement/reporting for email, push, SMS channels targeting end users

  • Advise on customer messaging and creative to drive engagement, conversion, customer acquisition and retention

  • Continuously test content, creative and contact cadence across multiple formats and platforms to maximize outcomes and conversion

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve as necessary to address delivery issues, excessive bounce rates, or significant unsubscribing

  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM Act and all other applicable regulations and best practices

  • Review ESP and CRM technology platforms and make recommendations to ensure best in class support for Chamberlain Group’s digital CRM programs; Partner with Marketing Technology and IT teams in implementation and enhancement of CRM technology

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, 1-2 years working directly in Marketing Cloud and Pardot, with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and demonstrable track record of applying data-driven personalization strategies

  • Ability to work in matrixed organization

  • Ability to travel 10% - internationally and domestically

The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
