The Client uses Salesforce as the enterprise constituent relationship management (CRM) platform. The Enterprise CRM and Engagement Solutions (ECES) team, located centrally within the client with stakeholders across campus to understand their requirements and build enterprise solutions while developing a domain-driven, integrated Salesforce rollout strategy for the entire university. This position will be doing work for the College of Engineering for a roll out of their UWEBC instance of Salesforce using Blackthorn for registrations to events for UWEBC member organization staff and extensive reporting of registrations and member organization key data.

The Admin/BA will focus on implementing Blackthorn Events by determining their CRM needs, understanding pain points, and conducting extensive requirements gathering.
This position will collaborate with other team members in order to follow development guidelines and application deployment processes as well as following University governance policies.
Education: Preferred Bachelor's Degree

Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment
- Experience conducting business analysis work, such as: eliciting business requirements; documenting business processes; developing and assessing business cases for change; measuring the impact of process improvements; leading or preparing change management processes
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions to meet users' needs
- Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
In addition to required qualifications, the most qualified candidates may also have the following preferred qualifications:
- Experience with implementing and supporting Blackthorn Events
- Experience providing technical support to end users of software systems
- Experience developing and leading technology-focused training
- Additional experience or certifications in Salesforce (particularly Business Analyst, Platform App Builder), Informatica, Design Thinking, and/or equivalent practices or methodologies
- Experience working with higher education institutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)
