PrizePicks is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to help execute our customer communication strategy. This role is focused on the execution and delivery of our lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring our messages reach the right customers at the right time. The ideal candidate has a background in CRM and email marketing.

What you’ll do:
  • Build, test, and deploy email, push, and in-app marketing campaigns.
  • Work within our CRM platform to set up and launch automated campaigns and one-time messages.
  • Assist with campaign setup and quality assurance (QA) to ensure all messages are accurate and sent to the correct audience.
  • Support A/B testing efforts by setting up and monitoring test variations to help improve campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure timely delivery of assets and copy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and industry trends.
What you have:
  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing or communications-focused role.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A great collaborator and problem-solver.
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and an interest in data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A passion for sports or gaming is a plus, but not required
Where you’ll live:
  • While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote

The typical salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges. The compensation info you see on our job postings gives you an idea of the starting pay range for the position. Your actual pay within that range will depend on your specific work location, as well as your skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will be happy to chat more about the specific pay range for your location and how we arrived at it during the hiring process.
