We offer a fully remote work environment with flexibility to help you work at your best. Our team values autonomy and self-driven individuals who thrive in a results-oriented setting. You'll have the freedom to manage your time and schedule while staying connected with a collaborative, supportive team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Creator Partnerships Coordinator to maintain and deepen relationships with our top creators. This role is critical in ensuring our top talent receives best-in-class service, proactively addressing their needs, and driving long-term retention.

As the voice of the creator internally, you will serve as a key liaison between our top talent and the talent management and compliance teams, ensuring we stay ahead of their priorities and deliver seamless, white-glove support.

To be successful in this role, you must understand marketing and social media and be extremely detail and deadline oriented.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between creators, their internal teams, talent management, and compliance, ensuring seamless coordination of sponsorship fulfillment.

  • Oversee the development and refinement of ad scripts for creator sponsorships sourced through Creators Agency.

  • Act as the main point of contact for brand partners, managing communication and expectations to drive successful collaborations.

  • Facilitate internal communications and optimize workflows between creators, their teams, and Creators Agency to ensure smooth operations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, gaining deep insight into their goals, challenges, and evolving needs.

  • Advocate for creators internally, providing feedback and strategic insights to talent management and compliance teams to enhance support and services.

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to help creators maximize their potential.

  • Anticipate and address creator needs, swiftly resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate across internal teams (talent management, partnerships, compliance, marketing) to deliver a best-in-class creator experience.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, ensuring creators receive relevant insights and support.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, talent management, client services, or a related field, ideally within the creator economy, influencer marketing, or entertainment industry.

  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-profile clients, creators, or influencers.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and advocate for creator needs.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive proactive solutions using project management tools like Monday, Harvest, etc.

  • A deep understanding of the creator landscape, including platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital trends.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
