About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Creator Acquisition Associate to source, pitch, and onboard creators and artists into Suno’s paid Hooks programs and related creator initiatives. This contract role sits within the Growth & Partnerships team and is responsible for building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new creators week over week.

You will own outreach end-to-end — from researching and identifying high-potential creators to conducting personalized outreach, supporting pitch calls, and coordinating onboarding. This is a hands-on, volume-driven role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly with creators across platforms.

What You’ll Do
  • Source and research creators for Suno’s paid Hooks programs and related creator initiatives, identifying high-potential talent across social platforms

  • Conduct outreach to prospective creators using approved messaging and talking points, including Instagram DM outreach, email outreach, and warm introductions through existing creator relationships

  • Support early-stage creator conversations and qualification, including participating in pitch calls to explain the program and assess fit

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity, responses, and creator pipeline status

  • Assist with onboarding coordination and ongoing program support as needed, ensuring creators have a smooth experience from first contact to activation

  • Onboard 20+ new creators and artists per week into our Partner or Champion programs

Additional Notes

Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

This is a contract position with flexible weekly hours (10–40 hours per week).
