Job Summary

Are you an exceptional visual storyteller? As a Multimedia Designer, you’ll be a driving force behind designing and protecting the integrity of our visual brand across multiple channels. From fully integrated campaigns to individual design elements, this role will bring our brand to life and ensure visual cohesion across all offline and online touch points. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a dynamic B2B environment where people create compelling design stories. This position is a mid-level opportunity that requires a solid understanding of creative strategy and how to tell a rich brand story through design.
Who are you? You are a multidisciplinary designer with experience concepting, pitching, and delivering multiplatform design, branding, and campaign projects. You embrace forward-thinking concepts and develop innovative executions across all mediums including print and digital. The ideal candidate must have experience designing, illustrating and in some cases writing, to match tone and style to sensitive contexts, balancing levity with thoughtfulness.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with technical experts, communications team, and other stakeholders to develop original design concepts to inform and engage target audiences.
• Develop custom illustrations and infographics to convey complex project information or concepts in a visually engaging manner.
• Create and optimize visuals for websites, social media, and email content, including video, animations, illustrations, and imagery that can be used across different platforms and formats to ensure the brand message reaches and engages the target audience.
• Design and develop multimedia elements, such as videos and animations to enhance engagement.
• Design execution of simple to complex motion-graphics assets for videos. These assets include animated type, video edits, and special effects.
• Create marketing materials including proposal graphics and presentations, conference, and promotional materials.
• Create complex PowerPoint presentations involving animation, video, or other high-level visual design.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different platforms.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in design.
• 5-7+ years of professional experience in a large professional services organization required (A/E/C industry experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your innovative work across multiple channels, including long-form and short-form content.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies with a customer-centric mind set. Ability to translate brand concepts and visions into actionable initiatives and goals.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud on PC platform skills including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Acrobat.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics design (including Adobe After Effects and Premiere).
• Experience with CEROS or Foleon a plus.
• Knowledge of current design trends and when to apply or adapt them to improve user experience.
• Strong ability to distill key decisions and discussions and translate them into a compelling visual message.
• Willingness to receive feedback, critiques, and multiple reworks from a variety of groups without frustration.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
