About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Project Lead to support Dandy’s international expansion by ensuring our brand and creative work can scale across markets. In this project management role, you’ll partner closely with regional General Managers and Dandy’s U.S.-based creative team to manage the intake, localization, and delivery of creative assets for international markets.
You’ll act as the operational bridge between regional market needs and our internal creative teams, managing workflows that ensure campaigns, assets, and messaging are properly localized and delivered efficiently. This role sits within the Brand & Creative team and will work closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, GTM, and regional teams.
PLEASE NOTE: This role must be based on the U.S. East Coast, the U.K., or Europe and work closely with our U.S. teams.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary operational partner to regional General Managers, managing inbound creative and marketing requests for international markets.
Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative projects supporting global market launches and regional marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with Dandy’s U.S.-based Brand and Creative teams to ensure international markets receive localized versions of campaigns, creative assets, and marketing materials.
Run localization workflows using translation and localization tools to adapt messaging and assets for regional markets.
Ensure translated and localized assets maintain Dandy’s brand standards while meeting local market requirements.
Build and manage scalable processes for international creative production, ensuring efficient workflows across teams and time zones.
Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product and Customer Lifecycle Marketing, and regional teams to ensure alignment across global initiatives.
Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple markets simultaneously.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across regions, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project execution.
Identify opportunities to improve localization workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency as Dandy continues to scale globally.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or localization program management – ideally within a high growth start-up or agency environment.
Proven experience managing complex creative or marketing projects across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets and time zones.
Experience working closely with creative teams, marketers, and cross-functional partners to deliver campaigns and marketing assets.
Familiarity with localization workflows, translation tools, or content management systems (Asana, Acolad, Figma, Google Suite)
Experience managing workstreams that involve regional adaptation of marketing or creative assets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
A positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for building scalable systems in a fast-growing company.

Experience collaborating with marketing or business teams across EMEA, LATAM, or APAC markets.
Experience supporting international market launches or global expansion efforts.
Background working in high-growth B2B or B2C startups within the medtech space.
Ability to speak multiple languages.
