As a Creative Operations Manager - Paid Social on Ro’s Brand team, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare by supporting the efficient management and delivery of creative projects across Ro’s Body/weightloss paid social channels for marketing and brand initiatives . You’ll play a key role in ensuring that projects move smoothly from concept to launch — partnering with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to keep workflows organized, timelines on track, and creative quality high.
You will balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, supporting the Associate Director, Creative Operations and Creative Directors to help the team deliver impactful, brand-aligned work that drives Ro’s business goals.
This role reports to the Associate Director, Creative Operations.
What You’ll Do
Creative Production: Assist with coordinating paid social focused creative production logistics, including managing timelines, organizing assets, and supporting vendor and freelancer onboarding as it pertains to paid social for our weight loss/Body pillar.
Project Management: Support overall workflow management across the paid social for Body, and working with the project managers to track deliverables, timelines, and feedback loops to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Resource Support: Help oversee creative resource allocation for Body/weightloss paid social campaigns in collaboration with the Project Managers and the Associate Director, Creative Operations.
Quality Control: Bring a high level of attention to detail to paid social creative delivery, helping ensure the correct assets, copy, formats, specifications, and versions are approved and delivered for launch.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Body pillars Creative Directors, Marketing, and Growth teams to align on priorities, status updates, and feedback cycles.
Process Improvement: Contribute to building scalable processes and templates that enhance team efficiency and consistency across Body/weightloss paid social.
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate documentation for Body/weightloss paid social creative workflows, including project trackers, production calendars, and reporting dashboards.
Execution: Ensure the smooth flow of communication between teams and help identify potential blockers early to keep creative initiatives moving forward.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in creative project management, production coordination, or operations within an in-house creative or agency setting.
You have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to turn complex projects into actionable steps.
You have a strong understanding of paid social creative workflows and what it takes to move creative efficiently from brief and concepting through production, review, approval, and launch.
You have a genuine passion for paid social and performance creative and are interested in how creative, media, audience, and performance work together to drive business results.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
You have experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams.
You are comfortable managing spreadsheets, timelines, and budgets, and have strong working knowledge of tools like Airtable, Figma, and G-Drive.
You’re an exceptional communicator who builds trust through clarity, empathy, and collaboration.
