About Us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.

Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Creative Operations Manager (Contract) to optimize creative workflows for our performance marketing and creative teams. You will own creative processes across digital and offline assets, including paid social, lifecycle, TV, audio, direct mail, web assets, and influencer/affiliate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and an empathetic communicator who thrives in a mission-oriented, performance environment. Most importantly, you should be excited about Nourish’s mission to improve millions of lives through food.
This is a contract role with potential for full-time depending on performance. We’re seeking folks who can fulfill a minimum of 15-20H weekly. Please note this role is only open to US-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Process Optimization:
    • Own and refine creative workflows across Nourish’s marketing channels for scale
    • Implement quality control measures to maintain creative excellence, brand consistency, and compliance with clinical messaging standards
    • Identify inefficiencies and execute solutions to streamline production
  • Daily Project and Resource Management:
    • Lead project intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across design, copy, video, and other creative teammates
    • Manage and traffic creative assets across external creative partners, Google Drive, and Asana, ensuring all files are categorized and accessible for team collaboration
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional brief kickoffs, feedback loops, and project sign-offs
    • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to align creative output forecasts with strategic goals

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have 4–5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing production. You’ve worked with in-house and external creative teams, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer-facing industries.
  • You have direct experience managing DR marketing assets, such as paid social, lifecycle, TV, audio, direct mail, web, and influencer/affiliate.
  • You’re an expert in project management tools like Asana and familiar with creative tools like Figma.
  • You have experience leading complex, fast paced marketing campaigns from kickoff to execution with product and campaign launch experience being a plus.
  • You’re excited about Nourish’s mission and want to make an impact in the health and wellness space.
