Job Description:

The key purpose of this role is to own our Content Operations processes and be the POC for cluster teams, regional marketing teams and Brand Leads in Europe and Central Eurasia as well as our agency partners when required.

What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful technical content, platform and media strategies and developing content teams.
  • Ability to analyse data and trends and turn these into insight to define appropriate recommendations and strategies.
  • Experience in building communities from scratch within an organisation.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Attention to detail. Ability to thoroughly review and approve content based on quality, fit for platform and alignment to brand & business guidelines.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across internal departments & external partners and manage a complex network of stakeholders.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Support the day to day operations of the Europe & Central Eurasia (ECE) BCC team, overseeing key operational priorities as defined by the Content Ops & Production Director including but not limited to agency SoWs, production approaches, budget management and establishing, deploying and embedding existing and new relevant One Demand processes.
  • Support our content transformation ambitions by driving new production & transcreation approaches e.g. smart production, AI production, content automation etc.
  • Support the Content Ops & Production Director in defining optimal WoW across the capability pillars across their team (e.g Social & DComm) and the Brand and Content leads in defining optimal WoW across campaigns in service of IBEs.
  • Ensure agencies and partners deliver against commitments made in SoWs and commercial agreements. Establish required ongoing review process and measures to track partner progress.
  • Oversee the management (forecasting and tracking) of BCC team budgets (A&CP and Overheads) and work with the Finance team to ensure regular reporting and that we are working within budgets.
  • Work across the Region to support the deployment, embedding and measurement of any globally or Regionally defined Brand Content processes or operational workflows.
  • Manage and measure outputs and performance across the overall team, defining and tracking KPIs and benchmarks to measure the impact of our efforts and translating data into recommendations to optimise content and drive incremental change.
