As a Creative marketing analyst – presentation and Graphic Design, you will create high-impact presentation and graphic design deliverables that support client communications and proposal initiatives. You will translate complex information into clear visual storytelling while adhering to brand, compliance, and quality expectations. You will manage multiple requests at once and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver on time.
Job responsibilities- Design and produce client presentations, pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, brochures, infographics, and other marketing collateral aligned to brand guidelines and business goals.
- Translate complex concepts, data, and messaging into clear, compelling visuals and structured presentation narratives.
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory to ensure consistency and clarity across deliverables.
- Partner with sales teams, relationship stakeholders, and product partners to understand objectives and recommend effective visual solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including intake, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder updates, and delivery tracking.
- Source, create, and integrate visual assets such as icons, illustrations, imagery, charts, and custom graphics to strengthen storytelling.
- Incorporate feedback through structured revisions while preserving design quality, content accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to confirm design consistency, formatting, accessibility, and production readiness prior to release.
- Maintain organized libraries of templates, assets, presentations, and project files to support version control and knowledge sharing.
- Update and modernize existing materials to align with current visual identity and design standards.
- Degree or formal education in graphic design, multimedia, visual arts, advertising, or a related field, plus 4 years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates, master slides, layout systems, and high-polish production standards.
- Strong quality assurance (QA) discipline with demonstrated attention to detail in formatting, alignment, and consistency.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and ability to collaborate using common productivity and file-sharing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills, including scope alignment, timelines, prioritization, and calm execution under pressure.
- Demonstrated version control and documentation discipline to support audit-ready file hygiene and approvals tracking.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or payments.
- Experience supporting sales-stage collateral, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for information (RFI) responses.
- Experience using marketing or workflow management tools (e.g., Workfront) or customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience collaborating across regions and time zones, including structured handoffs and deadline coordination.
- Experience using web-based creative or collaboration tools beyond standard productivity applications.
