This is a remote position.

As a Creative Manager at Nomad Internet, you will spearhead our creator and influencer collaborations across all major social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Your role will focus on scouting, negotiating, and managing relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand's reach and engagement. By fostering strong partnerships, you will help shape the public perception of Nomad Internet, driving both brand awareness and business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Influencer Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential influencer partners who align with our brand values and target audience. Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.


  • Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies that leverage influencer partnerships for maximum impact. Ensure all content produced aligns with our brand message and marketing objectives.


  • Content Management: Oversee the content creation process, from ideation to publication, ensuring it meets Nomad Internet's quality standards and complies with all guidelines and regulations.


  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and creators, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships. Provide support and guidance to ensure successful and ongoing partnerships.


  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, utilizing metrics and analytics to assess their effectiveness and ROI. Use insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.


  • Compliance and Brand Alignment: Ensure all influencer content is in compliance with legal guidelines, platform policies, and Nomad Internet’s brand standards. Address and resolve any issues that arise.


  • Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field. Prior experience in tech or internet service industries is a plus.


  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to spot emerging trends.
    • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
