As we expand our product ecosystem, brand identity, and industry footprint, we’re looking for a Creative Director to bring our story to life across every channel.
The Creative Director is responsible for owning and defining EnrollHere’s creative vision across marketing, communications, and social media. This role blends high-level brand leadership with hands-on design execution. You will shape how the world sees EnrollHere—crafting a cohesive visual identity, driving compelling content, and ensuring our brand shows up with clarity, confidence, and creativity.
You will partner closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to bring fresh ideas, build scalable systems, and turn complex concepts into smart, visually striking creative.
Brand & Creative Direction- Develop and evolve the EnrollHere brand identity across all platforms.
- Create unified design systems that work across product, web, marketing, and partner channels.
- Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints—digital, print, social, events, and advertising.
- Produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, websites, infographics, pitch decks, video concepts, and campaign content.
- Oversee design standards for landing pages, ad creative, social campaigns, and internal communication materials.
- Translate strategic business goals into compelling storytelling and design executions.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to build creative campaigns across paid media, email, social, and thought leadership.
- Partner with communications teams to elevate internal and external messaging.
- Enhance clarity, tone, and consistency across all brand communications.
- Shape EnrollHere’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop a social content strategy that builds credibility, tells our story, and engages our audience.
- Create and manage a consistent posting calendar with high-impact visuals and video content.
- Work closely with founders and department leads on product announcements, feature launches, and company initiatives.
- Support agency-facing projects with polished visuals and campaign assets.
- Guide freelance designers, editors, and contractors as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or senior-level design leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, marketing creative, and digital design.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color, and modern design trends.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or highly regulated industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to own projects from concept through delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
