The Creative Director will report to the Corporate Brand Management, Senior Director and will work closely with the Senior Brand Governance Specialist, the Marketing Activations Director, and the Director of Global Content and Thought Leadership Strategy to ensure the brand is effectively brought to life through integrated brand campaigns, thought leadership content, social media activations, and site branding initiatives etc. Together, they will ensure that all marketing activations reflect and reinforce the brand’s positioning and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Continue to evolve the brand’s identity, purpose, positioning, and architecture to support business objectives and market differentiation.
- Brand Platform Implementation: Oversee the creation and rollout of brand platforms, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels and touchpoints.
- Brand Governance support: Champion brand consistency across internal and external communications, marketing materials, and customer experiences.
- Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using data to optimize creative execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Brand Messaging and Activation teams to ensure the brand strategy is embedded in all campaign development and execution.
- Agency & Team Leadership: Manage relationships with external brand and creative agencies; prepare to build and lead an internal brand agency team in the future.
- Project Management: Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs; develop production schedule in project management tool.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic art direction as a creative designer/art director working to develop creative concepts from the ground up leveraging the companies’ brand attributes —preferably within the Healthcare or MedTech industries.
- Fortune 500 company experience – working with big brands to create a brand experience across several brand touchpoints and key stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven experience managing brands and creative agencies.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage creative team using a workflow project management tool.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
