The Position

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the development and execution of high-impact visual storytelling and brand campaigns across both digital and print media. This leadership role requires a sharp creative vision, proven team management capabilities, and deep expertise in integrated marketing. A background in financial services or crypto assets is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and the ability to conceptualize and deliver campaigns that resonate with sophisticated, global audiences. You will collaborate across marketing, product, and executive teams to elevate brand perception and ensure consistency across all creative touchpoints.

This position is open to candidates in person in New York or remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction and development of cross-platform campaigns (digital, social, print, events, and more
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and content creators
  • Own brand visual identity and ensure cohesion across all external and internal communications
  • Oversee execution of marketing materials including websites, ads, presentations, event branding, brochures, reports, and whitepapers
  • Translate complex financial or crypto-related topics into visually engaging narratives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product leadership to align creative strategy with business goal
  • Manage vendor relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, printers, and production partners
  • Maintain awareness of design trends, tools, and emerging media platforms
Requirements
  • 10–15 years of professional experience in creative roles, including at least 5 years in a senior or leadership position
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a balance of digital, video, print campaign work
  • Demonstrated success leading brand and campaign development for B2B or finance-related audiences
  • Exceptional conceptual and visual storytelling skills
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow, etc.) and production processes
  • Experience in AI Tools a plus
  • Experience managing in-house and/or remote creative teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English, Spanish (Strong Plus)
  • Knowledge of or experience with financial services, fintech, or crypto assets a strong plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in brand marketing and event marketing (conferences, activations, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or digital asset ecosystems
  • Background in brand strategy or messaging development
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries

Salary range: $130,000- $220,000 (commensurate with experience)
