About the role

We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house team in New York City (in-office role). You’ll be responsible for producing high-performing visual content across digital channels, including ads, landing pages, emails, social, and brand campaigns. This role blends hands-on design and editing with strategic creative thinking to help elevate our marketing and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting static creatives for paid ads, social posts, email headers, landing pages, and branded materials
  • Edit short-form video ads and UGC-style content for platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and more
  • Add text overlays, transitions, cuts, and other performance-focused elements to raw footage
  • Resize, crop, and repurpose existing creative assets for different formats and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to align on creative needs
  • Maintain visual consistency while iterating quickly based on performance data
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with minimal oversight
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing
  • Strong portfolio showing clean, modern design and high-performing ad creatives
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of layout, typography, branding, and digital ad formats
  • Experience editing short-form videos for performance marketing (especially Meta & TikTok)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D graphics or rendering (especially liquids or product visuals)
  • Background in health, wellness, or DTC/subscription brands
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana
  • Knowledge of FDA or healthcare advertising compliance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
