About the role
We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house team in New York City (in-office role). You’ll be responsible for producing high-performing visual content across digital channels, including ads, landing pages, emails, social, and brand campaigns. This role blends hands-on design and editing with strategic creative thinking to help elevate our marketing and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting static creatives for paid ads, social posts, email headers, landing pages, and branded materials
- Edit short-form video ads and UGC-style content for platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and more
- Add text overlays, transitions, cuts, and other performance-focused elements to raw footage
- Resize, crop, and repurpose existing creative assets for different formats and platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to align on creative needs
- Maintain visual consistency while iterating quickly based on performance data
- Manage multiple fast-moving projects with minimal oversight
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing
- Strong portfolio showing clean, modern design and high-performing ad creatives
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, branding, and digital ad formats
- Experience editing short-form videos for performance marketing (especially Meta & TikTok)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 3D graphics or rendering (especially liquids or product visuals)
- Background in health, wellness, or DTC/subscription brands
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana
- Knowledge of FDA or healthcare advertising compliance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
