Major Responsibilities:
Manages the development, planning and project management processes. Leads the intake and planning process, workflow management, resource allocation and program delivery based on best practices.

Oversees an engages project management resources to responsibly develop project plans including scope, timelines, budget, risk mitigation and resource utilization.
Works with key stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, budget and results meet expectations. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency across marketing programs/campaigns/projects.
Manages resource planning activities including coordinating contractors and partners to ensure effective utilization and assignment to highest priority work. Provides leadership with visibility to all staff assigned to brand services projects including internal team members and external partners contracted to complete projects.
Champions the planning and project delivery process with the Brand Services team members and external partners. (i.e. Members of other marketing teams, business stakeholders, agency/vendor partners, leadership, etc.)
Upholds quality assurance discipline including setting of standards and processes, selecting and maintaining testing tools, supporting the regression test automation program, developing acceptance criteria, writing test plans and conducting tests. Provides post implementation tracking for major projects to ensure the expected benefits are obtained and that key insights are captured and incorporated into future projects and
Understands and tracks planning, project management and quality assurance trends, providing thought leadership on implications and opportunities.
Develops streamlined workflow processes for increased efficiency and productivity, maintains documentation, standards and tools that are part of project management methodology and identifies and implements changes based on best practices and process improvements as needed. Plays an active role in coaching others. Serves as a mentor to train and develop other project management staff.
Supports continuous optimizations to planning, project management and quality assurance methodologies, tools and best practices.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
None Required.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 7 years of experience in planning, project management, business analysis or strategy for a variety of print and digital projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Extensive knowledge of and experience with planning frameworks and project management principles including traditional and agile project management experience.
Demonstrated leadership of digital project planning and execution activities. Includes coordination of projects and team members to achieve the objectives set by the team, ability to relate to, motivate and effectively lead a cross-functional team through a complex project.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Highly effective in intrapersonal communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to work and collaborate across multiple teams, personality types and levels.
Able to manage ambiguity – to make smart decisions with limited information. Effective problem solver that consistently maintains composure and confidence in the face of challenges and serves as a unifying force across teams and departments.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
Ability to recognize issues/risks, escalate as appropriate, identify alternatives and collaborate with leadership on issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar products.
Experience with Adobe Workfront a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite as it is used for creative development very beneficial.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
