We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Country Manager with a strong focus on client acquisition to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and acquire new clients, driving the growth of our business. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and implementing effective marketing initiatives and tactics.

Requirements
  • Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and target market
  • Identify new client segments, define target audience profiles, and create tailored campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire new clients
  • Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture prospects through online and offline activities including Event, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, IB partnership
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and acquire new clients
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, evaluate market positioning, and refine acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Incorporating creativity into acquisition strategies to capture attention, differentiate the brand

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Growth Marketer, Acquisition Marketer, or similar role, with a focus on client acquisition in Nigerian region
  • Excellent problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth and client acquisition
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Forex Market and CFD market
  • Well organized with great time management skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
